Victor Maya

President

First thing is first, I am very grateful for our team and that we get to positively impact our customers every single day. I enjoy spending time with my wife, my two kids, and I enjoy collecting fountain pens, writing, and I love growing corals in my reef tank. 


I believe in being in the transformation business instead of the transaction business. This belief has driven the consistent growth of our companies. I have been in the roofing industry for over 15 years, since I was twenty years old, and have been doing water and fire damage for over a decade.

LeToya Austin

Office Manager

LeToya has been with our company since January 2017. She is known as the momma bear to her two kids and her husband. She is also a great mother at work! She enjoys music and serving others in her community. She is unmatched in billing, scheduling, customer service and office organization. 


If there is one core value that would describe her it would be excellence. She makes sure that every task she takes on is done to the best of her ability. Everyone needs a LeToya on their team! 

Melissa Galvan

Office Assistant

She moved from Houston, Texas, in August and joined our team in September 2021. She enjoys watching The Office and spending time with her husband and dog, Bruno. 


If there is one core value that defines Melissa, it is excellence. She ensures that our financial records, reconcile accounts payable and receivable, and balance sheets and profit/loss statements are all accurate. 

Brett Lilly

Production Manager

Brett started with our company in October of 2019. He brings 40+ years worth of roofing experience to the company, having started when he was only 14 years old.. He is a very detailed person and aligns with our company’s culture. When he is not at work, he loves to ride bikes and spend quality time with his family. 


If there is one core value that we could choose to describe him it would be empathy. He is always putting himself in the customer's shoes. He isn’t the type of person to just point fingers and bark orders.. If it can be done, you’ll see him on the front lines getting his boots dirty with the rest of the crew. 

Chris Wright

Sales Manager

A.K.A. “C Dub”. Chris joined the Advantage Family in 2017 bringing over 16 years of experience in the industry. Chris began his career with Farmers Insurance as an insurance adjuster where he worked for close to 6 years. He is still an actively licensed adjuster in the State of Oklahoma. After leaving Chris spent close to 10 years with another roofing company gaining his experience in residential roofing. You can find him in his personal time spending time with family likely at one of his two son’s sporting events. He is an avid photographer, traveler and loves attending live music performances. 


If there is one core value that he exemplifies C Dub it would have to be Excellence. He is always striving for the best service for our customers and his commitment to results is unprecedented. He has been a valuable addition to our team and we look forward to many more years of service from Chris.

Aaron Karr

Consultant

A-Aron has been with our company since June 2017. He literally puts in more miles than anyone else both on and off the road. He is a father of two toddlers, and his wife is a teacher in the Mustang school district. The most important thing he’s learned in his 15 years of roofing is that donuts speak louder than words. 


If there is one core value that we could describe him it would be discipline.  He doesn’t point fingers if something goes wrong, he works out every day, and doesn’t miss a beat when it comes to his customer service. He has developed an incredible network of customers that are outside the metro area, and would love to see it continue to grow.

Adam Skaggs

Consultant

Adam has been with our company since September 2018. This man can sing! He was born in OKC, but has been in Nashville for the past twenty years. He moved back after realizing it was more important for his 4 kids to be close to their grandparents. Hey, you never know how long you have with your loved ones, so be there while you can. 


If there is one core value that we could describe Adam it would be selfless. If he ever gives you a quote tell him to sing to you before signing the contract. We promise you won’t be disappointed. He is a great man and it is a blessing to have him in our team! He will assist you and care for you with no strings attached.

Jason Martin

Consultant

Jason has been with our company since March 2020. Loves to spend time with 4 young children and wife. He plays percussion, the guitar and writes songs in his spare time. He is one of the newest members to our AR family. 


If there is one core value that describes Jason it would be empathy.  He always gets in other peoples’ shoes and loves to impact people. Jason started in the roofing and construction industry in 2000. He owned his own business in roofing and renovation. He's an excellent leak detector and climber. He thrives on solving problems with a great attitude. 

Tyler Hartgrove

Digital Content Manager

Tyler has been with our company since August 2018. He is a father to two boys. He loves technology, AI, software development and gaming. If you love our website, proposals, presentation binders, vehicle wraps, or anything else, well, he is the one responsible! 


If there is one core value to describe Tyler it would be Innovative. He is fearless to change and is always finding ways to make us look more professional, and stand out in this highly competitive industry. 

Randy Stewart

Restoration Manager

A.K.A Awesome Randy. He always says that is what “AR” actually stands for! Shh… let him keep believing that. Randy has been with our company since September 2015. He loves to ride his motorcycle on the weekends, and loves to cook for his family. He brings 22 years of experience of water & fire restoration experience. 


If there is one core value to describe Randy it would be selfless. That core value really was established because of this guy. Always bringing food to share with the office, cares for his family and team, and is always there for his customers. He consistently puts others before himself and we wouldn’t trade him for the world.. 

Korey Stewart

Restoration Supervisor

Korey has been with our company since September 2019. He is the youngest member of our team, but doesn’t lack experience. It is hard to find young men like this, but when you find them, it’s a huge blessing! He has 11 years of experience in the water & fire restoration Industry. We can’t wait to utilize him in many other ways within the company in the coming years. 


If there is one core value that we could pick to describe Korey it would be discipline. You don’t need to discipline this young man, no one needs to watch over his shoulder to see what he is doing. When a customer calls in the middle of the night, on weekends, holidays, or even when the sky is falling, he is there to respond ASAP. 

Bryan Galvan

Restoration Tech

He moved from Houston, Texas, on June 2021 to join the team. He enjoys watching Formula 1 racing and spending time with his wife and dog, Bruno.


If there is one core value that defines Bryan, it is responsibility. You see this young man working with a smile after hours and on holidays. We have never heard him complain when he is responding to a customer's home or business that just had a catastrophe like a pipe burst that caused a whole property to flood. He will be there extracting water and setting up equipment until the work is done. All we can say is he starts and finishes what he starts.
