To first give some perspective, there are only 5 GAF Master Select contractors out of 260 commercially endorsed roofing companies, and 18 GAF Master Elite contractors out of over 1,300 registered residential roofing companies in the state of Oklahoma, according to the Construction Industries Board. We are the only roofing company in Oklahoma to have obtained both of these certifications. This feat was achieved through rigorous training and maintaining the highest quality roof installations. We treat our customers and employees the way they want to be treated, with respect. I enjoy when people ask me what it takes to become an elite roofing company. The answer starts with the belief that, as a business owner, you shouldn’t be the smartest person in the office. This is why I hire people that are smarter, faster, and better than myself. You need the right people on the bus and to also put them in the correct seats. It also requires investment, and making sure to educate the entire person, physically and mentally.
