To first give some perspective, there are only 5GAF Master Select
contractors out of 260
commercially endorsed roofing companies, and 18GAF Master Elitecontractors out of over 1,300
registered residential roofing companies in the state of Oklahoma, according to the Construction Industries Board. We are the only roofing company in Oklahoma to have obtained both
of these certifications. This feat was achieved through rigorous training and maintaining the highest quality roof installations. We treat our customers and employees the way they want to be treated, with respect.
I enjoy when people ask me what it takes to become an elite roofing company. The answer starts with the belief that, as a business owner, you shouldn’t be the smartest person in the office. This is why I hire people that are smarter, faster, and better than myself. You need the right people on the bus and to also put them in the correct seats. Let’s break these down:
IQ
This is the intellectual quotient, that is the mind. The mind’s need is to learn, so we invest in the individual to get better every year by enabling them to go to courses, read more, & find out ways to expand their mind.
EQ
This is the emotional quotient, that is the heart. The heart’s need is to love and feel loved. We don’t take advantage of our relationships for personal gain. We appreciate our teammates and love them!
PQ
This is the physical quotient, that is the body. The body’s need is to stay healthy. We make sure that we pay our team fairly and see that their needs are met.
SQ
This is the spiritual quotient, that is the spirit. The spirit’s need is to be connected to a higher power. We conduct personality assessments in our company so we can be sure that we all remain compatible with the culture.
