Taking Things Seriously

Roofing is an essential business and we are open to serve you for all your roofing needs. We are taking precautions, as a leading Oklahoma roofing company, to help prevent the spread of COVID-19. Here are four questions that our customers are asking us and we want to answer them for you.

What roofing options do I have while our business is working remotely or temporarily closed?

We offer repair plans and can present a timeline of solutions in order to keep your property protected until the time is right for a full replacement. We want to help you get your roof leak-free and mitigate any potential moisture or insulation damage as soon as possible so your business can continue to operate safely.

How safe is to get my roof repaired or replaced?

It is safe to have our roofing specialists at your building when social isolation is recommended.

Since all of the work is performed outside, there’s no concern with social distancing. In fact, most situations do not require any interaction with you, or even for you to be present at the property. Should contact need to be made, it can be done over the phone or through a virtual meeting using programs like Zoom or Facetime.

What safety precautions are we taking to stop the spread of the Coronavirus?

We are following all the recommendations from the CDC and putting other practices into place to keep the workplace as safe as possible.
CDC Recommended Precautions
  • Avoid contact with people who are sick
  • Cover your cough or sneeze with a tissue, then throw the tissues in the trash
  • Clean and disinfect frequently touched objects and surfaces (in vans and other work areas)
  • Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth
  • Stay home when you are sick
  • Wash your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds.
Additional protocols
  • Avoiding handshakes
  • Utilizing Video Chat / Phone Calls for all correspondence
  • Maintain a minimum distance of 6 feet between our team members and the customer (if an in-person meeting is absolutely required).
We understand your concerns in today’s changing environment and we are here to answer any questions you might have about the precautions we are taking.

The US Center for Disease Control has guidelines for minimizing any contact with this Coronavirus disease (COVID-19). We encourage you to keep up to date on developments by visiting their site - www.cdc.gov

Is now the right time to get my roof repaired or replaced?

We understand that many businesses are in tough times, having little to no cash flow, and that it may not feel like the best time to invest money into a full roof replacement. If you currently have a roofing issue, your problem may only get worse with time. Each rain storm could be adding more saturation to your leaky roof, thus increasing the amount of unforeseen damage to your building, inside and out.

If your employees are mostly working from home or if business operations have been put on hold, there won’t be any distractions to your employees due to excess noise or construction materials. This will allow a smooth process for all parties involved.

Roofing and COVID-19

We must continue to assist Oklahoma’s critical businesses by providing fast and cost-effective roofing solutions that keep employees safe.
